Purpose of the agreement<\/h3>\n  <p>\n    Mediante este acuerdo, el Encargado del Tratamiento se compromete a tratar los datos personales \u00fanicamente\n    siguiendo instrucciones documentadas del Responsable, conforme a lo establecido en el art\u00edculo 28 del\n    Reglamento General de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos (RGPD).\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h3>2. Purpose of the treatment<\/h3>\n  <p>\n    The Controller will process personal data exclusively to provide the services contracted to the Controller, such as:\n  <\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Hosting and web hosting<\/li>\n    <li>Emails<\/li>\n    <li>Statistical analysis (Google Analytics)<\/li>\n    <li>Web forms<\/li>\n    <li>Contact via WhatsApp Business<\/li>\n    <li>Cookie management (Complianz)<\/li>\n    <li>Appointment calendar or comments (if applicable)<\/li>\n    <li>Other technical services necessary for the operation of the website<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h3>3. Types of data processed<\/h3>\n  <p>The personal data processed may include, among others:<\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Identification data (name, surname)<\/li>\n    <li>Contact information (phone, email)<\/li>\n    <li>IP address and browsing data<\/li>\n    <li>Limited medical information shared by the user through forms (if applicable)<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h3>4. Obligations of the Data Processor<\/h3>\n  <p>The Data Controller undertakes to:<\/p>\n  <ol>\n    <li>Process personal data only in accordance with the Controller&#039;s documented instructions.<\/li>\n    <li>Ensure that persons authorized to process personal data respect confidentiality.<\/li>\n    <li>Adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure an adequate level of security.<\/li>\n    <li>Do not subcontract the processing without prior authorization from the Controller.<\/li>\n    <li>Assist the Controller in fulfilling its obligations regarding the rights of data subjects.<\/li>\n    <li>Delete or return data at the end of the service provision, as indicated by the Controller.<\/li>\n    <li>Provide the Controller with all the information necessary to demonstrate compliance with its obligations.<\/li>\n  <\/ol>\n\n  <h3>5. Subcontracting and international transfers<\/h3>\n  <p>\n    The Managers may subcontract services or carry out international data transfers provided that:\n  <\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Inform the Responsible Party in advance.<\/li>\n    <li>Comply with the appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, or other legally valid mechanisms.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h3>6. Duration<\/h3>\n  <p>\n    El presente acuerdo tendr\u00e1 la misma duraci\u00f3n que la relaci\u00f3n contractual principal entre el Responsable y el Encargado.\n    A su finalizaci\u00f3n, el Encargado eliminar\u00e1 o devolver\u00e1 todos los datos personales seg\u00fan instrucci\u00f3n del Responsable.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h3>7.
